Climb is a Stored Value Wallet System and Alternative Payment Platform. Climb operates a closed-loop payment network that enables consumers to pay enrolled merchants directly from their Climb Wallet — eliminating card processing intermediaries and the fees associated with them. Enrolled merchants accept Climb payments at 0% transaction fee (versus the 2.3%–3%+ charged by card networks) and pass a portion of those fee savings to consumers as an automatic discount at the point of sale.
Climb also provides an optional cash change digitization feature: when a customer makes a cash purchase at an enrolled merchant, the cashier may credit the customer's change directly to their Climb Wallet, converting physical coins and bills into a digital balance. This feature serves as a wallet-loading mechanism and an onboarding tool for new users.
Climb is not a bank. We do not issue credit cards, debit cards, or prepaid cards of any kind. We hold your balance as stored value until you direct its use.
Your Climb Wallet balance reflects the total of all verified credits (including cash change digitization, peer-to-peer transfers, and any applicable merchant discounts) minus payments made to merchants and cashouts you have requested. Your balance is held as stored value and is not a bank deposit. We do not pay interest on stored value balances. Balances are maintained in U.S. dollars. [PLACEHOLDER: Maximum stored value balance, dormancy policy, and applicable state money transmission license disclosures to be inserted following legal audit.]
When you use your Climb Wallet to pay at an enrolled merchant, the transaction is processed through the Climb closed-loop payment network. The merchant receives the applicable charge amount (the full price minus any discount passed to you). You authorize each payment by providing your registered phone number at the cashier terminal. Payments are final and subject to the merchant's own refund and return policies. Climb may facilitate reversals at the request of an enrolled merchant and subject to verification.
You may cash out your Climb Wallet balance using one of two methods:
When you make a cash purchase at an enrolled Climb merchant, the cashier may credit your cash change directly to your Climb Wallet using the Climb cashier portal. The cashier enters the change amount. You enter your registered phone number on the tablet to confirm. Climb verifies your account and credits the amount to your Climb Wallet immediately.
Cash change credits are subject to sufficient eFloat balance in the merchant's Climb account. If a merchant's eFloat balance is insufficient, the credit may be deferred until the merchant replenishes their balance.
When you pay at an enrolled merchant using your Climb Wallet, you may receive an automatic discount reflecting the merchant's card processing fee savings. The discount amount is calculated based on the merchant's configured discount rate and is applied automatically — no coupon or code is required. Discounts are applied at the time of authorization and reflected in the charge amount deducted from your wallet.
Cash change amounts are entered by the merchant's cashier. If you believe an amount credited to your wallet is incorrect, contact us at admin@savewithclimb.com within 30 days. We reserve the right to reverse a credit issued in error or as a result of fraudulent activity.
Cash change credits per transaction are limited to amounts between $0.01 and $19.99. Credits outside this range will not be processed. Climb payment transaction amounts are subject to available wallet balance and merchant-specific limits.
You register for Climb using your mobile phone number. We authenticate you via one-time passcode ("OTP") sent by SMS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and phone number.
You must notify us immediately at admin@savewithclimb.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your device or notify us promptly.
You may not create more than one Climb account. Duplicate accounts are subject to termination and balance forfeiture.
To process cashouts, we are required by law to verify your identity. This process ("KYC") may require you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. This information is shared with our payment processor solely for identity verification purposes.
We do not store your full SSN. KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC will limit your ability to cash out your balance.
The following fees apply to Climb services:

We reserve the right to change our fee schedule with 30 days' notice. Current fees are always displayed in the Climb app before you confirm any transaction.
Climb reserves the right to adjust merchant revenue share rates and customer deposit fees with 30 days written notice for legitimate economic, regulatory, or operational reasons. Such reasons include but are not limited to: changes in payment processor costs, regulatory requirements, banking partner requirements, fraud prevention costs, or material changes to underlying transaction infrastructure. We will provide notice via email and dashboard notification at least 30 days before any rate change takes effect. Merchants may cancel their participation at any time during the notice period without penalty.
Merchants enrolled in the Climb network earn revenue through two streams: (1) they pay 0% transaction fees on closed-loop Climb Wallet payments accepted at their location, eliminating the 2.3%–3%+ card processing costs they would otherwise incur; and (2) they earn a revenue share on cash change digitization deposits made by customers they have onboarded to the Climb platform. Climb charges a 9% deposit fee at the time of wallet loading; enrolled merchants receive 40% of that fee (approximately 3.6% of the gross deposit amount) for every customer they onboard, regardless of which enrolled Climb merchant that customer transacts with thereafter. Cashouts are free.
Merchant earnings are calculated automatically and paid on the 1st of each month via ACH to the bank account on file. Minimum payout threshold is $1.00. Earnings below the threshold roll over to the following month.
Climb reserves the right to adjust the merchant revenue share rate with 30 days' notice. Merchants who joined during the initial enrollment period are not subject to rate reductions during the initial 24-month term.
